Delivery and Setup Policy

Service Area

We currently deliver only to Lee and Collier Counties in Florida.

Delivery Fees

  • Lee County: $40
  • Captiva & Sanibel: $75
  • Collier County: $75

Delivery Scheduling

The delivery schedule and scope of work will be confirmed during the confirmation call. In the event of any delays, customers will be promptly informed.

Setup Included

Included in the purchase price is up to 1.5 hours of onsite service, which covers:

  • Unboxing and setup in its intended place
  • Setting up the device in its place and on the network as needed
  • Assisting with setup and data transfer to the best of our ability
  • We will also remove or help dispose of all trash.
  • If additional setup materials like cables, monitor stands, battery backups, etc will be additional and due on delivery.
  • If the time needed to set up or resolve any issues exceeds 1.5 hours, additional time will be billed at our half-hour onsite rate of $80hr due on delivery.

Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee success in assisting with third-party software.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss or injury that may occur during the appointment.
  • We cannot guarantee product availability and delivery schedule. In the event of an issue, we will work promptly for a solution.

Customers must notify us if they have any special requests, including additional medical protection like PPE. Additionally, customers must inform us if anyone in their home is currently ill or contagious for any reason.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled if an item is out of stock.
  • Orders will be canceled if the confirmation call is not completed within 3 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any service without providing a reason.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $40 trip fee.
  • We are not responsible for replacing any items that are damaged or stolen, including within the 14-day return policy.

Defective Devices

  • Devices reported as defective within 14 days will be fixed or replaced to the best of our ability, subject to an additional $40 trip fee.
  • For devices that become defective after 14 days, we will work to fix or assist with warranty replacements, subject to hourly and trip fees.
  • We are not responsible for replacing any items that are damaged or stolen, including within the 14-day defective device policy.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must complete the confirmation call within 3 business days.
  • Customers must provide accurate information during the order process and ensure availability for the confirmation call and service appointments.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a safe and clean work environment.
